This website
The site doesn’t use advertising or analytics scripts, and it doesn’t set tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes the technical request information needed to serve the pages.
Email and phone
If you email or call us, we use what you send to reply and, if you become a client, to do the work. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.
Payments
When you buy the assessment, checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, business name, email, phone number, billing address and anything you type into the optional question. Card details go to Stripe and are never seen or stored by Forwardspan. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment.
Client work
For assessments and projects, we agree in writing what information we’ll look at, which systems we connect to and which outside services handle your data, before anything is connected.
